  • The $119.90 is a one-time membership fee that gives the registered member access to the VIP Rodízio guest benefit every eligible Wednesday through February 24, 2027.

  • The registered member purchases one Wednesday Pizza Rodízio at the regular $30 price and receives one complimentary Pizza Rodízio for one accompanying guest.

  • No. The membership fee does not prepay your Rodízio. The registered member pays the regular $30 Rodízio price on each eligible Wednesday the benefit is used.

  • Yes. When the registered member purchases one qualifying Pizza Rodízio, one accompanying guest receives one Pizza Rodízio at no food charge, subject to the Membership Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes. The complimentary guest does not need to be the same person each week. The registered member, however, must be present.

  • The membership provides a maximum of one complimentary guest Rodízio per membership, per eligible Wednesday.

  • Yes. The benefit may be used every eligible Wednesday while the Wednesday Pizza Rodízio is being offered, through February 24, 2027.

  • Immediately after purchase.

  • All memberships in this release expire after the Wednesday Rodízio service on February 24, 2027.

  • No. The registered member must be present and purchase a qualifying Rodízio for the guest benefit to apply.

VIP RODÍZIO MEMBERSHIP — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing or using a Brazil Gourmet VIP Rodízio Membership, the purchaser and registered member acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE AND TERM

The VIP Rodízio Membership is offered for a one-time purchase price of $119.90 during the current promotional release.

This release is limited to a designated number of memberships and is available through September 30, 2026, or until the available memberships are sold, whichever occurs first.

Membership benefits become active immediately upon purchase and expire at the conclusion of eligible Wednesday Rodízio service on February 24, 2027.

The membership does not automatically renew.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT

On an eligible Wednesday, the registered member must purchase one qualifying Wednesday Pizza Rodízio at the then-current regular price, currently $30.

Upon purchase of the qualifying member Rodízio, one accompanying guest may receive one complimentary Pizza Rodízio.

The complimentary benefit is limited to one guest Rodízio per membership, per eligible Wednesday.

The registered member must be physically present and dining with the guest for the benefit to apply.

The complimentary guest may vary from one eligible Wednesday to another.

3. WHAT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE

The $119.90 membership fee does not prepay or include the member's Pizza Rodízio.

The registered member must purchase a qualifying Rodízio each time the guest benefit is redeemed.

Beverages, desserts, appetizers, à la carte items, upgrades, substitutions, additional food items, applicable taxes, gratuities and service charges are not included in the complimentary benefit and will be charged separately where applicable.

4. PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

Memberships are individual, personal and non-transferable.

Memberships may not be shared, sold, assigned, copied or transferred to another individual.

Brazil Gourmet may request the member's name, telephone number, email address, membership number and/or reasonable identification before applying the benefit.

5. NO COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS

The VIP Membership benefit may not be combined with coupons, discounts, complimentary offers, promotional pricing or other special offers unless expressly authorized by Brazil Gourmet Pizzeria & Grill.

6. RESERVATIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Membership does not guarantee a reservation, table, particular seating area or immediate seating.

All visits remain subject to restaurant capacity, operating hours, reservations and normal seating availability.

Reservations are recommended.

7. RODÍZIO AVAILABILITY

The membership benefit is available only when Brazil Gourmet is offering its Wednesday Pizza Rodízio.

Specific pizza selections, flavors, ingredients and menu availability may vary.

Membership does not guarantee that every menu item or pizza variety will be available on every visit.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All VIP Rodízio Membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No refund, credit, extension or prorated reimbursement will be provided based on the number of times a member uses or does not use the membership.

Failure to use the membership due to travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, relocation or other personal circumstances does not create a right to a refund, credit or extension.

9. WEATHER, CLOSURES AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Brazil Gourmet may occasionally close the restaurant, modify hours or cancel Wednesday Rodízio service due to circumstances including severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, utility interruptions, equipment failures, maintenance, staffing emergencies, holidays, government orders, public safety concerns or other circumstances beyond the restaurant's reasonable control.

A temporary closure, cancellation of Rodízio service or change in operating hours does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, replacement visit or extension of the membership period.

Brazil Gourmet may, at its discretion, provide an accommodation in exceptional circumstances. Any accommodation offered in one instance does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in the future.

If the restaurant permanently ceases operations before expiration of the membership, any rights or remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. CHANGES IN OPERATIONS

Brazil Gourmet reserves the right to make reasonable changes to operating hours, Rodízio service times, menu selections, pizza varieties, reservation procedures and restaurant policies.

The membership benefit applies when the qualifying Wednesday Pizza Rodízio is available.

11. MISUSE

Brazil Gourmet reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges in cases of fraud, attempted unauthorized transfer or sharing, misuse of the benefit, abusive conduct or material violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

Memberships have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or restaurant credit.

12. EXPIRATION

All unused membership benefits expire after eligible Wednesday Rodízio service on February 24, 2027.

Unused benefits do not carry forward and have no cash value.

13. ACCEPTANCE

Purchase or use of the membership constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Brazil Gourmet Pizzeria & Grill reserves all rights not expressly granted under the membership program.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
